Before this it was a newspaper print design, and now another simple technique. haha, it isn't exactly a technique (its a cheat), but nonetheless it give awesome effect to it. The SHATTERED EFFECT!!! (like the picture below). I guess the world is making things really much easier with the amount drastic modernization of technology right? Oh well, lets make full use of it.

Here's the effect
1) Here's how you start. Make sure you have long nails cause it would look nicer on long nails. Shape your nails, cuticles off, and as usual, start with a base coat.
2) Paint on your base colour. Make sure is contrast with the "shattered effect varnish". In my case, I painted pink as my base as my shattered effect varnish was grey.
3) Paint on your shattered effect varnish, and just watch the magic happen.
4) It dries off rather fast. Lastly, end the final spark with top coat.
End result
You must be wondering if I got the oh so expensive OPI shattered effect varnish? The answer is no.
...
Why? because its way to expensive (RM60 per bottle).
...
Where did I get this then? Faceshop of course, where else. Only 20 bucks, worth the money!
...
They are only available with one colour now (grey, the one I have) but another two colours would be out by next month.
Go get one for yourself, pamper yourself, and be fascinated with how amazing this effect can make your nails look. Have fun playing and feeling beautiful.
