Epicure was held during the pass weekend from the 16th to the 18th of September from 10.30 to about 6.30 plus minus at Sime Darby Convention Centre. Yes this was an on going event for 3 consecutive days and very much open to the public.
Why waste a chance to attend such an event right?
Not only there were cooking classes, cooking demonstration, and many well off chefs was involved, there was also an exhibition that was on heat. Epicure does not only concentrate on topics concerning culinary, food and cooking, it is basically all rounded. There were motivation sessions, health sessions and even dancing session on the schedule.

There were a lot of food tasting going on at almost each booth, picking food from here and there was quite filling for me. Especially when there was a wide range of food, from starters, to appetizers, to soups, to hot plates, and cakes, cookies and ice cream for dessert all on sale.

I have to say, Lamb and Cranberry sounds really weird but it was such a pleasure to the tongue. Something so uniquely combined.
A wide range of cheese. From goat cheese to sheep cheese and so many more. I'm quite sure there were more than 30 different types of cheese to try.
Jams
I'm not a fan of jams, but some I tried were really not bad at all.
Why leave out beer...
and wine?

Cigars and Hookah/Shisha?
Epicure is an annual event, so look forward to the next one in 2012 and be sure not to miss this
