If you have been keeping tab on some the recent post I have posted, I recently blogged on Epicure Exhibition and Epicure Day 2 (click to refer), but I left the highlight of the event out. What is it you ask? Many people attended this event just to witness the highlight, the celebrity guest. THE Celebrity Chef. None other than, our very own,
It was an honour to have his presence there. I remember sitting beside my grandmother when I was much younger watching his cooking session on the channels. Now having to see him cook for real is somewhat reliving my childhood in a whole different way. Reality hits.
From the audience, which includes YAM Tunku Naquiyuddin Tuanku Ja’afar, YAM Tunku Dara Tunku Tan Sri Naquiah Tuanku Ja’afar, Tunku Dato Sri Shahabuddin, Dato’ Kok Wee Kiat, Dato’ Seri Azim Zabidi and the line of media played a big role in supporting his talent.
So what is it that he whipped up?
Always lucky number 3 no?
Chef Wan went on with 3 dishes that was praise with satisfaction from the audience.
His 3 dishes were,
- Chicken Tajine
- Harira Soup
- Kafta Meatballs

Not only Chef Wan has skills and talent in cooking, he too managed to keep his audience hyped up. Chef Wan was amazing entertaining and made brought laughter from the beginning to the end. One line I remember very clearly from him was,
"If your husband can't give you an orgasm, worry not, I shall give you MULTIPLE orgasm",
with his delicious mouth watering food of course.
Looks delicious right? Hungry yet?
