If yall have been keeping up, I headed down to Singapore recently, and was at Universal Studios during day one, (click to read), and attended the ROM in Singapore Zoo during day two, (click to read) and had a Morning Torture for the guys on the 3rd day. (click to read).
Here's how it went, the groom picked the bride up from her house, goes through an obstacle doorway access, and if he and his brothers are lucky enough to survive, which fortunately they did, groom goes into the house, open the bride's veil, take some pictures, and headed off to the church. YES, a church wedding! =D
And let me tell you, the church was beautiful
(come to think of it, everything in Singapore IS beautiful, I'm bias, sue me, Singaporean in disguise)
Kor and Jie's Church Wedding

Hey, its a church wedding, you've gotta have your bridesmaid walking down with the best men first.
Demetrius and Rianne

Daniel and Rushell

Elgene and I
Once, all of us reached the end of the aisle, the door finally opened!! =D

Uncle Raymond walking down the aisle with Jie to give her hand away.

Calling the witness up!

So, Jie's church wedding witness was my Dad and Mum. Its a real honour to them to be her wedding's witness. I think my mum was fighting real hard to hold back her tears.

Kor making is vow

I DO I DO I DO I DO I DO I DO I DO!!!
Kiss the bride!

Time of the rings. Rings was with Alex.

Exchanging the rings

Making it black and white. Forever bounded!

Hmmm, i'm still wondering whats the purpose of lighting up the candle.

But it was pretty sweet anyhow

Newly weds

THE FLOWER ARCH IS BEAUTIFUL!
I WANTED TO TAKE IT BACK!

='D

Haha, tossing the flower time?
everyone stares up, as jie threw the bouquet of flower to the sky. anticipating to pounce on the bouquet as it gets closer and closer, like hungry hyenas in sight of food.
Nah, hahaha, i'm just kidding.
No really, i'm really just kidding.

Elissa caught the flowers =D

All the brothers and sisters in the picture.
After all the walking in the church, we wedding to lunch in the church cafeteria. There, we had the "tea pouring" session, in chinese, we call it the zhum cha session. Its basically the newly weds giving their respects to the elders and in return they get angpaus! =D haha

Jie's parents first of course.

hugs

Some others, including Leemin's parents. (middle picture on the top row)
Did I mention that all girls in my family line are very very emotionally affected by the smallest things that happens around us. And somehow, Jie is as bad as us. This session got a little emotional after awhile. (when Jie poured tea for her parents and my parents), she turned around, with her eyes all red, flooding with tears, looking far and beyond for someone to pass her a tissue to save her make up. And it resulted it me having tears in my eyes too. =')
Happy tears
Pictures to prove our emotional instability!
=)

Haha, we're all hopeless girls Jie, I love you.
Up next, night dinner...
